Procedure and Method

Our bread is well pampered and we make sure to give it all the needed care! Our Sourdough Loaves are fermented up to 24h, our Babkas between 10 to 12h and our Kitkes between 2h to 5h.

Please note that we bake on Fridays and Saturdays (except for holiday specials).

Delivery: Our freshly baked items are delivered on Monday or Friday (same bake day) depending on your order timing and on our capacity. We cover Beirut-Baabda-Keserwan-Metn-Jbeil areas only. Pick-up is available as well from our home-based bakery in Mazraat Yashouh.

Method of Payment: Cash on delivery.

Who's Behind Atelier n7?

Founders

Atelier n7 or Atelier numero 7, multiple spellings one place, is a home-based bakery in Mazraat Yashouh, specialized in artisanal bread making. Prioritizing quality over quantity, every bread is crafted to perfection using slow fermentation, sourdough and quality ingredients. All the breads are hand mixed and hand kneaded. 

Assaad, a young bake-a-holic architect in his twenties, developed bread recipes through intensive research and trials. During quarantine, he reconnected with his old friend Perla, and laid foundations of Atelier n7. They embarked together on a never ending journey of food craftsmanship.
